The indicated price refers to a specific property unit for sale in our residences and includes the cost of the apartment, complete with finishes to be chosen in the building Bill of Materials, and a garage in the basement. For real estate units on the ground floor, the price also includes the property garden for sale with the apartment. The purchase is managed by the sales office of the builder and therefore there are no broker fee for customers.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE THE IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY OF THE WHOLE PRICE?

IS THE ASSUMPTION OF THE MORTGAGE CONVENIENT?

The assumption of the mortgage of the builder is undoubtedly an interesting alternative to be evaluated in comparison to the mortgages offered by your your financial institution; the assumption of the loan is often cheaper, also because it does not involve the costs of preliminary investigation and appraisal, nor the costs for the notary deed to be borne by the customer who contracts a loan with his bank.
